Our maintenance plans help to protect your home or business, family or employees from pest sightings and infestations.
Residential prices are based on 2800 square feet or less. Does not include an initial fee if necessary
Exterior service every month. Includes complete inspection. Sweeping of webs. Liquid, granule or bait treatment. Garage and interior as needed.
Exterior service every 2 months. Includes complete inspection. Sweeping of webs. Liquid, granule or bait treatment. Garage and interior as needed.
Exterior service every 3 months. Includes complete inspection. Sweeping of webs. Liquid, granule or bait treatment. Garage and interior as needed.
All commercial accounts require an inspection. Together we'll develop a complete and detailed plan to solve your pest issues.
Heavy infestations & Bed Bugs require added time and material. Please call to set an inspection for pricing.
A 30 or 60 day agreement. Pricing will be determined by infestation, material & time.
Complete inspection and treatment of mosquito harborages.
Inspect and control. Follow up service call every two weeks.
Includes filling or covering of rodent access holes with wire mesh or steel wool. Install door sweeps if needed (door sweep not included). Traps. Follow up inspections.
One time fee. Includes a baited exterior rodent bait station. Follow up with every maintenance service.
We only control hives that are nesting in a structure. We do not offer hive removal.

We are only licensed to offer control of general pests at this time, not termites.
We offer multiple solutions to your pest issues. In plenty of cases the use of any material is unnecessary. The issue can be resolved with sanitary or environmental controls.

MasterTech is committed to protecting our environment and Bees play a very important role. We will never try to control Bees doing "Bee things", such as pollinating around flowers or nesting in trees.
